Four Boys Ice Cream opening in Hightstown
This time of the year, all our regional seasonal establishments start opening up again for the upcoming warm weather season. In Hightstown, we will not have another option for ice cream, in particular after Ralph’s closed.
In the same spot as the former Ralph’s Italian Ice, Four Boys Ice Cream officially opened their doors on April 10 after a brief soft opening period for a few days. While we personally hadn’t been to any Four Boys location prior to opening in Hightstown, we believe it will be easy to develop a local following.
Four Boys offers a number of options from hard ice cream to soft serve, topics, floats and sundaes. In addition, there’s also an option to purchase fresh ice cream cakes. With very limited seating outside due to the space (and sidewalk) constraint, there are a few tables inside as and Hightstown Memorial Park is just down the road.
While parking is limited right outside the store, there is a small lot across the street and a larger public lot just a few steps away further up the road.
The new Four Boys Ice Cream will be open from 11am – 9:30am daily. The address is 122 South Main Street in Hightstown, NJ.
